ABOUT THE INSIDE OF OUR PLATES

The conference entitled "Poisons cachés, plaisirs cuisinés - dialogue entre un chef et un scientifique" Poisons cachés, pleasures cooked - a dialogue between a chef and a scientist", will take place on 28th January at the Théâtre des Variété.,
The conference will inform the public about the chemical pollutants present in food (heavy metals, herbicides, GMOs, food additives taste ...) and still little known.
