An autonomous, driverless and electric shuttle in Monaco Ville this summer

With a capacity of 15 passengers including 11 seats, the autonomous electric shuttle will make a loop of 1 km around Monaco Ville.

Four stops will be proposed: Place du Palais Princier, Cathedral, Oceanographic Museum and Place de la Visitation.

The safety of travelers will be at the heart of this summer experience which foresees the presence of an operator of the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco, able at any time to regain control of the vehicle, by switching to manual navigation mode.

This experiment could be extended by a second test in the autumn that would consist of a loop on the Larvotto area linking the Grimaldi Forum Monaco to Monte-Carlo Bay during the following events: IPCC Congress, Luxe Pack, the Assises of Computer Security and Sportel.
